Fukuiraptor Collecta
$11.95
Fukuiraptor means 'thief of Fukui' and lived in the lower Cretaceous era in what is now Japan. It was a medium-sized carnivorous dinosaur (theropod) belong to the Megoraptoran clade of dinosaurs, although it has recently been suggested it might be more related allosaurs or tyrannosaurs. Because the fossils found have been incomplete and mostly juveniles the discussion on classification continues. When first discovered it was thought that the large hand claws were from the feet and so it was given the raptor name which is misleading. It was around 4.5 to 5 metres in length.
