Therizinosaurus is a genus of the very large theropod dinosaurs. Therizinosaurus lived in the late Cretaceous Period 85 to 70 million years ago in Mongolia. Only a few fossils have been found including gigantic hand claws and a forelimb claw housed at the Australian Museum, Sydney. It is thought to have been a herbivorous dinosaur.
